1. Overview

  3. Agree to Omziki’s DMCA Terms and Policies by checking the acknowledgment checkbox.
4. Information Required
  • Identification of the copyrighted work: Title, description, ownership details.
  • Location of infringing material: Exact URL(s) or detailed description.
  • Contact Information: Name, email, phone number.
  • Good Faith Statement: Confirm the use is unauthorized.
  • Accuracy Statement: Declaration that information is true under penalty of perjury.
5. Review and Response

Upon receiving a valid request, Omziki may:

  • Review and verify the claim.
  • Remove, disable, or restrict access to the content.
  • Notify the user associated with the content.
  • Allow submission of a counter-notice if content was removed in error.
6. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed erroneously, submit a counter-notification following instructions in the removal notice, including contact information and a statement asserting your right to post the material under penalty of perjury.

7. Fees and Charges
  • Takedown requests may have fees as outlined on the DMCA Takedown Form.
  • Additional links may incur extra charges.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
8. Prohibited Activities

Submitting false or misleading takedown requests is prohibited and may result in rejection, legal action, or account suspension/termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Omziki Distribution is not liable for content hosted by third parties, actions based on submitted takedown requests, or any direct/indirect damages from removal or restoration of content.

10. Changes to This Policy

Omziki may update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
